Consider each day, each hour, and each minute of your life and ask yourself these questions;
1.) Is it productive?
2.) Is it fun?
3.) Is it rewarding?
4.) Is it taking me where I want to go?
5.) Is it congruent with my passion and purpose?
I have done this and for me the answers all pointed me “away” from how I was spending a significant amount of my day-time waking hours. (I was working for corporations in various levels of sales). Because working for wages and commission, trading my time and talents for someone else to get the profits did not make sense to me. After I read Rich Dad/Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki and Why We Want You to Be Rich, by Trump and Kiyosaki, I could no longer remain compliant to the rules and regulations of corporations (staying main stream). I began to realize that I was enslaved to the wage and I was always going be just over broke in my JOB. Of course becoming aware of what was not working gave me the first step to becoming aware of what I did want to create for my life.
I asked myself. What did I truly want to achieve with my life? What is my legacy to this beautiful planet? How can my passion to help people and my desire to educate to those who are ready to learn be best served? I went back to a time when I was at the beginning my memories. I recalled my dreams and how I saw the world of possibility before I was brainwashed by the main stream thinking. Then I applied the wisdom and lessons that life has delivered to determine the truth as I see it.
I became aware that I have been distracted by the media and its stories which are often only about the negatives and silliness of celebrities that happen in our society and world. I call these distractions because they have caused me to feel numb and often left me feeling like I had no control. FEAR is the primary emotion that the media uses. Do you see and hear this too?
The mainstream media owned by a handful of large corporations and they create stories to distract you and keep you numb and brainwashed and living in FEAR. If this makes sense to you and you see the truth in it, then you are ready to learn how to move forward with knowledge, empowerment and control.
I made a decision a few months ago. I turned off the TV, canceled the newspaper subscription, stopped listening to the radio and started reading books, going for walks, riding my bike, skiing, hiking, spending down time with my daughters, contacting friends, studying to gain new skills and reconnecting to the dream I had almost forgotten……
It is a path that requires courage to choose, because it is not status quo (yet). Are you ready to take control and responsibility of your financial life? Are you ready to create wealth in your life?
I have chosen to no longer be controlled, enslaved to wages and be numbed by main stream media. I have chosen to be awake, aware, and creative. Being resilient. Make choices of freedom because taking action based on knowledge and the honest desire to learn and teach others is where my dream began.
We set our direction, goal and then life happens. Many things happen to draw our attention, sometimes it is good and fun and sometimes it is hard and difficult. I have found that the hardest experiences are where the greatest lessons have been learned.
I believe that each experience we have happens because it is there to teach us something, to learn the lesson. Let your emotions be the “alarm button” to wake you up from numbing. Anger and sadness are emotions to signal that something is not working. Many people get caught and stuck there and keeping the negative emotions because they are serving them in some way. Being stuck on unhealthy cold emotions of Fear, Anger and Sadness is hard on your health. Attend personal development training and then you will be able to grow and move through these emotions to the healthy ones, love, joy, gratitude, excitement, pleasure, and feel the warmth that is associated with them. Your health will improve too.
